Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday campaigned for AAP candidate Jagdeep Singh Kaka Brar in Ferozepur. Kejriwal conducted a massive road show in Sri Muktsar Sahib with the AAP candidate and appealed to the people to make Kaka Brar win.
Addressing the people, Kejriwal said that you have given chances to candidates of all parties, but no one did anything for you nor did anyone raise their voice for your rights in the Parliament. So this time reject all of them and make the Aam Aadmi Party candidate win with a record margin.
Our candidates understand all your problems. They will raise your issues in the Parliament and fight with the Central Government for your rights.Kejriwal said that I have come to appeal to you to save the democracy and constitution of the country.
You people gave us a huge majority in the assembly two years ago. These are the Lok Sabha elections. This time strengthens us at the center. Make Aam Aadmi Party winner from all 13 seats. All our MPs will raise the voice of the people of Punjab and get all the issues related at the center resolved.
When we will have 13 MPs from Punjab, the central government cannot stop even ₹1 of Punjab's funds. He said that our MPs will sit on dharna in front of the houses of the Prime Minister and Union Ministers and get the funds released.
Kejriwal said that in 2022 you elected the honest government of the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab, due to which many big works have been done here in the last two years. Now people are getting free electricity. Mohalla clinics and schools of eminence are being built.
For the first time, about 50000 youth got government jobs without recommendation and bribe. All this was possible because the Aam Aadmi Party government is honest. Kejriwal attacked Amit Shah and said that he has threatened the people of Punjab that he will topple the AAP government of Punjab after June 4 and remove Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann.
He said that Amit Shah's main objective of toppling the AAP government is to stop your free electricity and mohalla clinics. So do not vote for the BJP at any cost.
