Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 12 development projects worth about Rs. 84 crore for Mandi district on the occasion of the inauguration of the International Shivratri Fair at historic Paddal ground of Mandi town.

He inaugurated the building of Sub-Tehsil Katola constructed with Rs. 1.72 crores and the building of Civil Hospital Rewalsar constructed at a cost of Rs. 5.20 crores. He laid the foundation stone of 8 flood control projects of Jal Shakti Department worth Rs. 27 crore for Dharampur area.These included channelization work around Balhada Nala, Nald Khad, Kuhatnala, Haryan Nala, Srilanka Nala, Gharda Nala and Lower Tanehad Nala and Barchchwad Papalog.

The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone of the upgradation works of Madhi-Sandhol road and Dharampur-Sandhol road to be completed at a cost of  Rs. 11 crore each, 230 meter-long double span Behari Pattan Bridge to be built at a cost of Rs. 28 crore.He laid the foundation stone of the upgradation work of Gaagal to Simas road under the third phase of Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana to be done at a cost of Rs. 5.47 crore.

मुख्यमंत्री ने मण्डी जिला में 84 करोड़ रुपये की 12 विकास परियोजनाओं के लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किए

मुख्यमंत्री ठाकुर सुखविंदर सिंह सुक्खू ने आज अंतरराष्ट्रीय शिवरात्रि मेले के शुभारंभ के मौके पर मंडी जिला को करीब 84 करोड़ रुपये की विकास परियोजनाओं की सौगात दी। उन्होंने इस अवसर पर पड्डल से 12 विकास परियोजनाओं के लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास किए। मुख्यमंत्री ने 5.20 करोड़ से निर्मित नागरिक चिकित्सालय रिवालसर के भवन और 1.72 करोड़ रुपये से निर्मित उप-तहसील कटोला के भवन का लोकार्पण किया।

उन्होंने धर्मपुर क्षेत्र के लिए जलशक्ति विभाग की 27 करोड़ रुपये की 8 बाढ़ नियंत्रण परियोजनाओं के तहत बाल्हड़ा नाला, नाल्ड़ खड्ड, कुहटनाला, हरयाण नाला, श्रीलंका नाला, घारड़ा नाला, लोअर तनेहड़ नाला और बरच्छवाड़ पपलोग के आसपास खड्ड व नालों के तटीयकरण कार्य का शिलान्यास किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने 11-11 करोड़ रुपये से होने वाले मढ़ी-संधोल सड़क और धर्मपुर-संधोल सड़क के स्तरोन्नत कार्यों का शिलान्यास किया। 

28 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाले 230 मीटर लंबे डबल स्पैन बैहरी पत्तन पुल का शिलान्यास किया। उन्होंने 5.47 करोड़ से होने वाले गागल से सिमस सड़क के प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम संड़क योजना के तीसरे चरण में स्त्तरोन्नयन कार्य का शिलान्यास किया।
