Live for Others - Being Helpful Foundation, is proud to announce a significant milestone in their joint initiative with J&K Bank, "Mission R-SAP (Remove Shyness Apply Pads)." This Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project by J&K Bank which is implemented by Live for Others Being Helpful Foundation aims to provide access to menstrual hygiene by distributing 5,00,000 sanitary napkins and conducting 100 awareness seminars, benefiting 50,000 people across all 20 districts of Jammu & Kashmir and remove the taboo regarding menstruation from the society.

 The 18th district to successfully complete this mission is Srinagar, where more than 19,200 sanitary napkins were distributed, complemented by 6 impactful awareness lectures targeted more than 1650 people. The resource persons for these seminars were Ms. Ayesha Farhana, Ms. Hafsa Arshid.

 These sessions were carried out in differenct schools including Standard Public School, Srinagar ; Greenlight Public School, Srinagar, New Career Convent School, Srinagar ; Muslim Public School, Srinagar as well as community sessions at Boatman Colony, Bemina & Barthana Qamarwari were also carried out.  "We are thrilled with the progress of 'Mission R-SAP' and the positive impact it's having on women's health and hygiene in J&K" said Mr. Vivek Parihar, CEO & Founder of LFO-BHF.  

LFO-BHF extends their gratitude to the Director School Education Kashmir, C.E.O Srinagar, Principals of all the participating schools of Srinagar and gratitude also conveyed to J&K Bank for organising this activity with their CSR fund said Mr. Shah Aamir, Joint Secretary (National Body).

Members who were present in these activities were Afreen Barkat, Maroofa Shah, Urfee Yousuf, Gulnaz, Danish Nabi Kumar, Haadi Hameed, Seema Sheikh Shahid, Humaira Rashid, Saqib Rehman, Dr. Tahir, Rizwana Gulzar Suhaib, Vikas Ali, Ajaz, Ahmed Chopan.
