Nations Development Association (NDA) Chairman Sushil Singh Charak welcomed the decision of Government of India for appointing Atal Dulloo, as Chief Secretary. NDA while congratulating Atal Dulloo, showering praise on him for his past service and said that he has ensuring 100 % transparency in financial transactions with online monitoring and enforcing fiscal discipline in the Union Territory and also has introduced several path-breaking reforms in the financial sector during his tenure as Financial Commissioner (Finance).
