The members of Sector 34 Furniture Market Association had given a demand letter regarding their problems to Chandigarh Pradesh BJP President Arun Sood a month ago and Sood talked to the administration and got their problems resolved within 2 weeks. Under the leadership of Furniture Market Committee Chairman Yashpal Chadha, President Hazara Singh, Secretary Davinder Singh and Maninder Singh, a langar was organized to thank Arun Sood.

During this langar, more than 100 shopkeepers and workers of the market committee joined BJP.  Arun Sood welcomed everyone into the party fold after giving them the saffron flag of BJP.  Arun Sood assured the  workers that BJP will respect everyone by following the policy of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vishwas'.

On this occasion, nominated councilor Umesh Ghai, social media coordinator Manish Sharma, board president Anita Joshi, Sudarshan and other workers were also present.
