All the Punjabi cinephiles out there, get ready for a whirlwind of emotions of a heartfelt, fascinating and beautiful love tale as the trailer of upcoming Punjabi film Rab Di Mehhar has finally been released. With the proficient trio, Ajay Sarkaria, Kashish Rai and Dheeraj Kumar, the film is all set to redefine love with the blend of religious affairs highlighting the societal issues based on religion.
Speaking about the trailer of the film, it suggests that the film revolves around the love story of Rab (Ajay Sarkaria) and Mehhar (Kashish Rai) who falls in love with each other while daily stalking each other in Gurudwara irrespective of not knowing about each other. Rab lately comes to know that Mehaar belongs to Muslim religion which then comes between their love. With time, Rab understands the meaning and value of true love and visits Mehhar but it is too late and she says yes to marry Dheeraj Kumar’s character where the film takes a turn and many unexpected things happen. Whether love wins or religion will be unveiled in the film itself on 22 September 2023.
