General Manager, Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (HUL) Ankush Wadehra presented a cheque of Rs. one crore on behalf of the HUL to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu towards the Chief Minister Relief Fund here today.
Besides this, HUL has also offered to donate daily essentials like Horlicks, Lifebuoy, Red Label Tea and other products worth Rs. 50 lakhs for the affected areas. Additionally, the Company will also offer support related to relief initiatives through the help of partners and agencies that are engaged in rehabilitation operations.
The Chief Minister expressed gratitude for this noble gesture and said this will go a long way in helping the people in distress.
