Honouring the courageous heroes, Kargil Vijay Diwas was today commemorated  at Shri AmarnathJi Base Camp Baltal.On this auspicious day, the brave hearts of India who sacrificed their lives during the Kargil War were remembered and honored.

The 24th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Divas was commemorated with utmost respect and gratitude for the valorous soldiers who exhibited extraordinary courage and dedication to safeguard the nation's sovereignty.In his address Camp Director Baltal Base Camp Ghanshyam Singh expressed heartfelt gratitude to the soldiers who defended the nation with unwavering bravery.

A rally was also organized which commenced from Camp Director's office and passed through Baltal base camp and culminated back at Camp Director's office in which Indian Army, CRPF, J&K Police and Officers from civil Administration participated filling the atmosphere with a sense of pride and unity.
