Trident Stallions vs Royal Phantoms match washed out in rain, both teams got 2-2 points

Trident Stallions' match against Royal Phantoms in Sher-e-Punjab T20 Cup washed out due to rain. Both the teams had to share 2-2 points. 

Before the match, Trident Stallions observed a two-minute silence on the death of the mothers of Padma Shri Rajinder Gupta and Varinder Gupta. In the 9th league match of the cup, Royal Phantoms won the toss and elected to bat first. 

The Trident bowlers did not give the team a chance to dominate. They batted with a slow pace, but ridham and Harjas turned the game around. 

Ridham scored 39 and Harjas Singh scored 57 to take the score to 164/10 in 20 overs. For Trident, captain Nehal Wadhera hunted the most three batsmen.

Gourav Choudhary and Manav Vashisht got 2-2 wickets. Sahil Khan gives one important breakthrough.

Trident Stallions got a target of 165 runs and then the second innings of the match could not start due to rain. It rained heavily till around 10 o'clock and the umpires decided to call off the match. 

Both the teams were given 2-2 points. Trident Stallions now have 20 points from 9 matches and Royal Phantoms have only 10 points from 9 matches.
