The Trident Stallions young star's have been in full swing in the Sher-e-Punjab T20 Cup as the team has consolidated its position in the points table. At one time the team was at the bottom, but after 3 wins, the team has now become a strong contender for the top-4.

On Saturday, the team faced Agri Kings Knights and the match could not be played due to rain. The toss could not take place in the rain-affected match and the match was called off at around 4.15 pm.

Trident Stallions and Kings Knights had to share 2-2 points. Trident now have 14 points from 7 matches with 3 wins, 3 losses and 1 draw.

They are at the fourth position. At the same time, Kings have 18 points after 4 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw in 7 matches. They occupy the second position.

Nehal Wadhera, who is captaining Team Trident, is very happy with the performance of the youngsters. He said that I have not done anything new in captaincy.

Maan Paaji is also a very good captain, I have also learned from him. The only difference between earlier and now is that we have started giving less runs in bowling.

Most of the players in our team are young and earlier they did not have any idea in which area we have to bowl. Now they are bowling in the right direction, we would have won even if we were honest.

Every player takes time to adapt to a format. Every player has a contribution in the win and we will try to continue with this performance.

The coaching staff is working very hard with each and every player.
