Inderjit Singh Nikku is a prominent name when it comes to Punjabi singers who have contributed to the music industry with their heart and soul and have been a role model for today’s generation of singers who grew up seeing him. He has lately been in a controversy for visiting Bhageshwar Dham due to which he faced criticism and trolls from people of Punjab. Nikku has finally given a mouth shutting reply by breaking his silence through his recently released song ‘Still i Rise’.
Nikku has come up with his song ‘Still i Rise’ in which he has talked about all the things, the trolls, backlashes and criticism he faced just for visiting Bhageshwar Dham and seeing the saint while sharing his problems in his bad time. He gave them a befitting reply while asking them what wrong has he done and showing them the mirror of the wrongdoings that they are doing in life.
Questioning the ones who once praised him for his ‘Pag’, are now talking wrong about him, asked them what sin has he done. He also talked about the ones who came in support of him, helped him and the ones who just showed off their fake concerts. Further he talks about all the religions being equal for him and he respects them all and says that he is the son of Nanak and loves everyone.

He ended the song with a perfect line in which he says, “I’m the same Nikku, on whose songs you kept on dancing, laughing and crying, I may have gone to Gurudwara, Temple, Mosque or everywhere in my bad times, how can this be a sin?. He further asked that how your trolls and abuses paid justice to what I have done and how good you are has been cleared by the way you have abused your mothers and sisters.
Everything he said in the song, has given perfect justice through its lyrics. It is an ideal song giving a reply to each and every individual who pointed a finger at him. People are liking the song and hoping to hear more stunners from him in future.
