Story And Screenplay
Story of the film revolves across the love story of Harish Verma (Gugu) and Simi Chahal (Kamal) and their families, specifically the grandmother of Simi's character who doesn't want her to marry Harish due to which he desires for her to die and in the end she passes away clearing their way. And there comes a point when the tale takes a turn and all of the sudden unexpected things happen with the occurrence of souls of Simi’s grandmother (Jatinder Kaur) and Harish’s grandfather (BN Sharma). The fun ride starts here and what happens next, whether they both get married under adventitious circumstances or not is a matter of suspense which you will locate in the story itself. The movie will also deliver an impactful message to take away.
The screenplay could have been better as it was a bit confusing and not up to the mark. Many uncertain scenes were placed in between irrespective of the situation which ruined the pace and made the story go off the point several times.
Acting
The most awaited part of the movie was Harish Vema and Simi Chahal’s chemistry, who reunited after over 5 years and they have really lived up to the expectations with their beautiful equation.
BN Sharma has done an exceptional and exemplary job proving his experience of the years. His versatility, dialogue delivery and the way he expressed his emotions flawlessly impressed everyone. On the other hand, Jatinder Kaur has also shown that she is no less than others, her part throughout the film was very entertaining and also emotional at times needed.
Sumit Gulati’s character as ‘Baba’ is all that was needed to take the film to another level. His appearance was like a cherry on the top of a pie. No matter he got less screen space, but whatever time he got, he made everyone feel his presence and stole away everyone’s heart by making them laugh out loud with his hilarious comic timing, dialogues and skillful acting.
Dheeraj Kumar, Neha Dayal, Anita Devgan and Sukhwinder Chahal have been at their best in supporting roles. They all played their individual parts brilliantly while supporting the entire cast successfully.

Direction And Dialogues
Ladda Siyan Ghuman deserves great admiration for directing the film and handling the massive star cast skillfully. Few scenes seemed to be inspired from various sources which made audiences easily predict about what will happen next. But the perpetuation of the climax overshadowed the flaws by hooking them to the scenes and indulging them into it, making them feel emotional. If we talk about the overall performance and presentation, then it does deserve appreciation for delivering a considerable family entertainer.
The dialogues of each individual were extremely perfect and impactful according to their characters and situations carried forward in the film especially the ones from the climax scenes which were best and acted as eye openers for many while touching their hearts and making them emotional.
Moreover, the stellar dialogue delivery made it more captivating to the audiences.
Music
The tracklist of the film includes 5 songs out of which 3 were already released. The music part is at its core and is definitely a good watch which hooked the audiences to screens without ruining the pace of the film. The songs were all perfectly placed wherever needed. Two songs, Geda and Raniya were best among all which really created a magical vibe while making the viewers hum their catchy and alluring lyrics.
