Government General Zorawar Singh Memorial Degree College, Reasi organised a one day workshop on “Prime Minister Special Scholarship Scheme for the students who want to get the benefit of the Scheme.Dr. Ajeet Angral, Retd. Principal and Consultant PMSSS, New Delhi was the Chief Guest on the occasion.
The Awareness workshop was conducted for the aspiring students and their parents to provide them the information about the scheme guidelines.The workshop was followed by an interactive session to clear the doubts of the audience present.
Prime Minister's Scholarship Scheme is an initiative of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to encourage the eligible students of Jammu & Kashmir to pursue technical and post-graduate education by providing financial aid.The programme was organised by PMSSS Committee of the college under the patronage of the College Principal Dr. Kulvinder Kour.
