ADDC Bandipora chairs meeting on Relief Cases; approves 27 Cases

The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Bandipora, Ali Afsar Khan Tuesday chaired a meeting in his office chamber to discuss and approve relief cases.The meeting was attended by several key officials, including the Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR), District Treasury Officer (DTO), District Sheep Husbandry Officer (DSHO), Tehsildars of Bandipora, Hajin, and Aloosa, and the Technical Officer of the Roads and Buildings (R&B) Department in Bandipora and Sumbal.

During the meeting, a total of 27 relief cases were reviewed and approved. These cases included 21 livestock-related cases and 6 fire-related cases.The committee thoroughly examined each case, considering various factors such as the extent of damage, severity of losses, and the eligibility of the affected individuals or entities for relief assistance.

On the occasion, the ADC said the relief approval process exemplifies the government's dedication to supporting its citizens during times of hardship.By swiftly addressing the cases presented during the meeting, the district administration aims to reinforce its commitment to the welfare of the community and ensure the well-being of its residents, he added.
