Yes, you heard that right, the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken spoke about Diljit Dosanjh’s Coachella performance when he was speaking in all praises for India in his speech during the luncheon hosted for Prime Minister Narendra Modi by the US State Department with US Vice President Kamala Harris. Not only this he also mentioned Jhumpa Lahiri's novels, samosas, and Mindy Kaling's comedy.

Antony Blinken mentioned how India is a part of their daily lives in his speech and said, “Here in the US, India is a part of our daily lives. We enjoy our Jhumpa Lahiri novels over samosas. We laugh at the comedies of Mindy Kaling. We dance to the beats of Diljit at Coachella. And yes Mr Prime Minister and I can say this from personal experience, we keep ourselves more or less fit and healthy doing yoga.”
