The District administration Samba today organised the first round of interviews for the industrial training program under SANKALP.Industrial Training Program is an initiative to link with industries to provide On the Job Training to potential candidates after which the best performing will be absorbed by the industry itself.
Around 250 candidates registered for the program out of which 100 appeared for the first round of interview.The participating industries were Zeiss Pharma, Kandhari Beverages, Curio Lifestyle, Growel & Weill, VKC Nuts, Deep Architecture and Metal Drea. Together, they have shortlisted 25 candidates for the training.
This initiative is in a development stage and will witness another round of interviews for the training program.The Chief Planning Officer, AD Employment, Functional Manager DIC and MGN Fellow are the key organisers of this initiative.
