Every person is now aware of the problems going on in the Siddiqui family after Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s ex-wife Aaliya accused Nawazuddin and put several allegations on him and his family for harassing and torturing her. Nawazuddin was earlier shut but a few days back he broke his silence and gave answers to all the allegations made on him and expressed his feelings through a note posting it on twitter. Now recently he has taken strict action against them and has filed a Rs. 100 crores defamation case against his brother and his ex-wife.
As per the recent reports, Nawazuddin moved to the court and filed a case against his brother Shamas Nawab Siddiqui and ex wife Aaliya Siddiqui seeking damages of 100 crores for defaming him and ruining his public image. As informed, the hearing will be held on March 30 by Justice RI Chagla.

The case is filed through advocate Sunil Kumar and he has alleged that because of the accusations made on him by both of them, he is not able to attend any events, public gatherings which is impacting his career and he is bearing a huge loss due to all this. He also requested the court to pass an order to restrain his brother and ex wife from making any more allegations against him and requested to take down all the accusations that are already made against him.
Nawazuddin has also alleged that his brother has made many fraud transactions which has landed him into bearing a huge loss and he also alleged that he also owes a huge amount of 37 crores to the government due to misappropriation of funds because of his brother who failed to make some payments. Now the case will be further proceeded with the hearing on 30 March 2023. Let's wait for the decisions made by the court.
