Punjabi Films are contributing their best in entertaining people by giving promising films to the industry. Punjabi cinema is going to face a big competition as it is recently announced that two big films of Pollywood are going to clash at box-office with their upcoming sequels.
Dev Kharaud’s Blackia 2 for which fans were eagerly waiting, on Friday postponed its release date and the film is now going to hit the cinema screens on 25 August 2023. Now as per the recent announcements, the sequel of blockbuster punjabi film Ni Main Sass Kuttni has also delayed its release and has locked its release date clashing with Blackia 2 on 25 August 2023.
Blackia 2 and Ni Main Sass Kuttni are going to have a big clash on the silver screen. Earlier Blackia 2 was supposed to release 5 May 2023 whereas Ni Main Sass Kuttni 2 was slated to release on 28 April 2023. Now both the films are facing delay and are going to hit the theatres on the same date.
Speaking about Blackia 2, the first part, Blackia proved it to be a superhit and Dev Kharoud has already set many bars with his film. So, this sequel is undoubtedly one of the most awaited and anticipated by the public. The film stars Dev Kharaud, Japji Khaira and Lucky Dhaliwal in pivotal roles. The film directed by Navaniat Singh and written by Inderpal Singh is believed to be based on the journey of a man from rags to riches.

Now, coming to Ni Main Sass Kuttni 2, it is directed by Parveen Kumar and bankrolled by Banwait Films and Sachin Ankush Productions and stars Mehtab Virk, Tanvi Nagi and Anita Devgan in lead roles. The makers have not revealed much about the plot of the film but its tagline, “Aukha kita mera jeona , Sass kardi meri Jaadu Toona!” gives some hints about the movie that it will revolve around the difficulties of the daughter-in-law that her mother-in-law is creating in her life. The first part of the film has proved itself to be a blockbuster and has entertained people a lot.
