Anantnag Police arrested a drug peddler and recovered 450 grams of Charas that was being transported by him in a Sumo at Mattan last evening.On a tip off, Mattan Police laid a naka checking at Paibugh, K.P Road. The police party intercepted a Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK03D-041. Upon its search police recovered 450 grams charas from the possession of the driver of the vehicle Mohammad Afroz Bhat son of Ghulam Hassan Bhat resident of Kheribal Mattan.Mattan Police has registered a case in this regard.
