The movie ‘Bheed’ is an upcoming socio-political drama directed by Anubhav Sinha. The movie stars Rajkumar Rao, Bhumi Pednekar, Virendra Saxena, Pankaj Kapur, Ashutosh Rana, Dia Mirza and many more in lead roles. The movie got its release date. The film ‘Bheed’ is soon going to be released in cinemas on 24 March 2023.
With the announcement of the release date of the movie, the director Anubhav said, ‘Bheed' is a story that sheds light on the social disparity that the country faced in the toughest of times. It was imperative for me to bring this story to life and share it with the audience” in a statement.
The producer of the film, Bhushan Kumar said, “'Bheed' is a film that will share a deep and insightful perspective into some of the tough times that our country has been through in recent years and Anubhav's vision as a director is second to none”

Anubhav has directed great films like ‘Article 15’, ‘Thapad’, ‘Mulk’ and many more. He is also working on his another directorial film ‘Abhi Toh Party Shuru Hui Hai’ which stars Shriya Pilgaonkar, Pankaj Tripathi, and Kumud Mishra in main roles. The film is in the post production stage.
Apart from this, Bhumi Pednekar will be featuring in her upcoming movie ‘Afwaah’ opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The film directed by Sudhir Mishra will be released on 24 February 2023.
