On Monday, Pathaan surpassed the advance booking of War to emerge as the biggest of all time for a Bollywood film. The movie sold all alone 8 lakh tickets on the opening day in India and now is looking to end with an overall sale of 10 lakhs for the opening day alone in advance booking. Total of 8 lakh sales that this movie has collected in advance booking.
Around 4.19 lakh of this 8 lakh has been sold to the three international chains that are PVR, Inox, and Cinepolis. People who are unaware of the three chains had sold around 4.10 lakh tickets for War. With one day left, Pathaan will become the first Bollywood movie to sell more than 5 lakh tickets in the three major national chains and more than 10 lakh tickets nationwide. Tuesday will be all about increasing its lead to reclaim the top spot as the advance booking across the nation has surpassed War. On the opening front, Pathaan will want to make records that endure for a very long time.
