The iconic diva Priyanka Chopra is one of the biggest actresses in Bollywood as well as Hollywood. She has a global fanbase and she never misses a chance to amaze people with her work. Back in 2018 Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas were one of the most gossipmonger couples due to their age gap. They tied the knot on 1 December 2018 and in 2022 they surprisingly gave news about the birth of their daughter ‘Maltie Marie’.
On the birth of their daughter, Priyanka mentioned in a post, "We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogate. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thank you so much." she was brutally trolled for welcoming her baby via surrogacy, she never talked about this in public.

Recently Priyanka did a photo shoot with her daughter Maltie which she featured on a cover of a magazine. She was again trolled for pregnancy and her daughter. Many nasty comments came her way. She was trolled and accused of ‘outsourcing’ her pregnancy and saying having a ‘ready-made baby’.
On all of these comments and trolls, Priyanka gave a reply by protecting her daughter and said, "Keep her out of it," and added, "she's not going to be gossip."
She spoke about her medical issues. She said she was scared about her baby and added, "I didn’t know if she would make it or not." Trollers even said she was 'too busy to get pregnant' criticising this Priyanka added, "You don’t know me."
"You don’t know what I’ve been through. And just because I don’t want to make my medical history, or my daughter’s, the public doesn’t give you the right to make up whatever the reasons were."
Also in an interview she talked about Maltie Marie’s health conditions when she was born, she revealed that her daughter was born as a premature baby and that too amid the Omicron wave hit and said, "I was in the operating room when she was born. She was so small, smaller than my hand. I saw what the nurses in the intensive-care unit do. They do God’s work. Nick and I were both standing there as they intubated her. I don’t know how they even found what they needed in her tiny body to intubate her."
As a parent, everyone would protect their children and would never want them to be a part of gossip like this. The way Priyanka stood up for her daughter and spoke about her surrogacy is a matter of pride. Talking about her work, Priyanka is also expected to make a comeback into Bollywood with the film, ‘Jee Le Zaraa’ with co-actors Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
