Hritik Roshan is a very prominent actor in the Film Industry. His charm and his aura we can say are just different from the second actor and artist in the industry. Whenever Hritik Roshan's name comes into the headlines, the image of his superhero shadow comes into the minds of the people. Before that, his movies during the 2000s were cherished by everyone. Hritik Roshan is considered one of the most successful actors in Bollywood. He is the son of the director Rakesh Roshan.
In a recent interview, the actor revealed the state of his mental health. He said at the time of shooting for the movie ‘War’ he caught himself on the verge of depression. Yes, you read that right. He was not really prepared for the movie ‘War’ but anyhow he completed the shooting. The movie War was directed by Siddharth Anand and was released in the year of 2019. The movie has performed really well at the box office. The movie was produced under the banner of YRF where Vanni Kapoor and Tiger Shroff starred in pivotal roles. It was not only the single movie in 2019 which has crossed the highest grossing.

In a recent interview with actor Hrithik Roshan with his fitness trainer Kris Gethin, Hritik said “I feel as swift and light as during our previous metamorphosis. I thought I was going to pass out since I wasn't ready for the movie and I was facing a pretty difficult battle. I was striving for perfection when I wasn't ready for it. I experienced adrenaline weariness after seeing the movie. I wasn't feeling well and couldn't train for three to four months. I was practically depressed at the time. At that point, I realised I had to change my life since I was totally lost”.
But, besides all these things, the amazing fact is that Hrithik Roshan, at the shoot of War, was suffering from Depression. But still, the way he performed and acted in the film, he didn’t even let anyone know that something was revolving in his mind. So big applause to the actor and his skills and also his passion for his work.
