District Hub for Empowerment of Women in collaboration with One Stop Centre Reasi on Friday organised an awareness programme regarding women centric schemes at Panchayat Seela(AWC upper Seela ward no.6).
The programme was attended by PRIs, AWWs and AWHs and local women. the Team DHEW imparted detailed information pertaining to women centric schemes like eligibility criteria and procedure to avail the benefits of online services of all departments.
The participants were given detailed information about the schemes like Tajaswani, SBIRESTI, ICPS,UTMAS, ISSS, etc and working of one stop centre. Meanwhile, the DHEW presented baby kits to the baby girls.
The medical team from District Hospital also attended the programme and checked the health status of children of adjoining areas. Five cases of Sukanya Samridhi Yojana and two cases of old-age pension were noted down. Other grievances of the beneficiaries were also noted down.
