Additional District Development Commissioner Bandipora, Ali Afsar Khan today convened a meeting of officers to review the status and progress of works under Area Development Fund in the District.
The meeting was attended by ACD Bandipora, Ab Rashid Das, Joint Director Planning Imtiyaz Ahmad, BDOs and other concerned. The ADDC reviewed work wise status of expenditure, tendering , allotment and physical completion of works under ADF viz DDC, BDC and PRI grants.
The meeting was informed that out of 1195 approved works under ADF 1125 works were tendered out while 606 works were completed as on date. It was given out that in the RDD sector 972 works were tendered out of which 542 works were completed as on date with expenditure of 963.39 lakhs.
The ADDC after taking a work wise review directed the officers to ensure 100 percent expenditure in the set time line by accelerating the pace of the works scheduled for completion during the current year.
