As a precursor to ‘My Town My Pride’ 2.0, awareness regarding different activities taken under Jan Abhiyan was held across all Six Municipalities in Budgam. During the campaign, different departments participated in the program where the general public was given thorough awareness about public welfare schemes.
Focus remained on public services delivery, grievances and hassle free developments of all sectors of the society. Awareness rallies regarding garbage free, ban on single use plastic, sports activities and plantation drives were held in all Municipalities.
Jan Abhiyan programme was conducted at Town Hall Magam in presence of Deputy Director Tourism, President and Nodal Officer MC Magam where all line departments participated in the event.
