The District Administration Kupwara today imparted election related training to Presiding, Polling officers and other polling staff for re-poll of DDC constituency Drugmulla.The ADC Kupwara, Ghulam Nabi Bhat presided over the training session.
He said that the training was imparted to the polling staff to acquaint them with the rules and regulations of election process and implementation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC).The ADC apprised the participants about the different procedures and rules involved in the election.
The Dy. DEO Kupwara, Mehraj-u-Din gave necessary instructions to the Presiding and Polling Officers with regard to their duties and responsibilities during the election process. He stressed upon them to work in coordination to get best results and implement MCC in letter and spirit.
The Nodal Officers monitored the training, while Master Trainers imparted necessary election training to polling staff including Presiding and Polling officers.
