In connection with the upcoming Re-poll of District Development Council (DDC) election for Hajin A, the District Administration Bandipora today organized a day long training programme for the Presiding Officers at mini secretariat, here.
On the occasion, the District Level Master Trainers imparted training to Presiding Officers under the overall supervision of Nodal Officer Trainings, Mohammad Rafiq Parray.Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Dr. Owais Ahmed stressed on maintaining transparency and secrecy during the re-poll process.
He urged the Presiding Officers to perform duty with extra dedication to avoid any confusion or mismanagement during the Re-poll process. Dr. Owais said it is essential for every Presiding Officer and other staff to understand their role and responsibilities properly so that they shall perform their duties in a professional manner for successful re-poll in the district.
All facilities and proper support from the District Administration will be provided to the polling staff, Dr. Owaid added. During the training, the master trainers acquainted the Presiding Officers with the rules and regulations of the re-poll.
The trainers advised the polling staff to understand rules and regulations properly for acquiring knowledge about the re-poll process.DPO Bandipora, Mohammad Ashraf Hakak, Dy DEO Bandipora Noor u din and other concerned were also present on the occasion.
