Sidhu Moosewala's second posthumous song ‘Vaar’ which was released on November 8 has garnered immense love from the audience and fans. The song has crossed 2 million views within one hour only. But few people are against the song. And now a new controversy regarding Vaar has been emerging. It has been reported that Vaar has not been crooned in favour of the Muslim community.
The Muslim community has objected to the song's use of the word ‘Muhammad’ and ‘khans’ since they believe it was intended for Hazrat Muhammad Sahib. However, Balkaur Singh, the father of Sidhu, has delivered a statement to Shahi Imam of Ludhiana. He said that Khan Muhammad, who fought against the Sikh general Hari Singh Nalwa, was referred to as Muhammad, not Hazrat Sahib. Despite this, Sidhu Moosewale's father has stated that he apologises on his behalf to anyone whose sentiments have been damaged.

However, the Muslim community is demanding a ban on songs and due to that Punjabi singer, Jenny Johal has also come forward and supported Sidhu Moosewala and his song ‘Vaar’. She shared a story on her social media and wrote, “Dost khan mohammad ne apne 5 puttar te poore mulkhayiye nal Hari singh nalwa de vasaaye hoye jamraud de kile te hamla kita si. Vaar gane vich ose dost khan mohammad te afgana di haar da zikar hai.os vich Hazrat mohammad sahb nu kuj vi galat nahi keha gaya.” She further aded that “Sidhu ne kade vi kise mazhab di ya kise paigambar di tauheen nhi kiti.muslim community please osde kirdar nu galat na judge karan.”
