Joint Director School Education Department - Poonch-Rajouri range, Mohammad Ashraf today chaired a meeting of officers/officials and reviewed the functioning of the Department in the twin border districts.

During the meeting, the Joint Director reviewed the progress achieved till date against the targets set by Higher Authorities.Addressing the officers, the Joint Director stressed upon the officials of the CEO office to work with honesty and dedication and make the timely disposal of work with honesty and transparency.

He along with CEO Rajouri, Shailesh Kumari and DEPO Rajouri Abdul Rauf Dar also inspected a number of Government Schools in Rajouri including Government Girls Model Higher Secondary Schooland BMS.

The Joint Director stressed upon improvement of learning outcomes so that the students can compete with other students at UT and National level.He expressed his satisfaction over the infrastructural development and academics in the inspected schools and also passed instructions to ZEOs to conduct school inspections on a regular basis. He fixed a target for the ZEOs to inspect every school of their respective zones once in 3 months.
