Brahamstra, which has been making headlines since the day it was announced and after its release, is now trending once again. The film, which is always a hot topic and never goes off-trend, is again buzzing in the headlines for the character Dev. As almost everyone is aware, the upcoming sequel will be introduced with a new strong character named ‘Dev’ but the artist who will be playing this role is still veiled.
It has been speculated that Ranveer Singh might be playing the role of Dev. as the makers teased us with his chiselled figure and fierce attitude, but it is only the second part of the Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt starrer that will unveil his face. But now new rumours have been rife. And if they were to be believed, then it has been noted that Hrithik Roshan has landed in the sequel to Brahmastra. Yes, you read that right.

All these rumours came to light when, in a recent press conference, When Hrithik was asked about what’s next on the work front for him and if he is a part of Brahmastra 2 and Ramayan, the artist said, “After Vikram Vedha, I will resume Fighter and then there is potential for the other films you mentioned.” Now fans are assuming that he has been talking about his role in Brahmastra.
Meanwhile, before the release of the film, not only Ranveer Singh but Shah Rukh Khan were also considered villains, aka Dev of Brahmastra. However, SRK previously portrayed the scientist/Vanarastra in Part One, which left many fans wanting more. Even Ayan Mukerji responded to it by stating that plans were being carried out to develop a spin-off for SRK's role.
