District Development Commissioner Doda, Vishesh Paul Mahajan today felicitated the winners of Essay writing, Singing and Debate competitions organised at College level by the J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages under "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav".The college level competition was organised by JKAACL in all colleges of the district and the first and second winners in each category were awarded with cash prizes the DDC in his office chamber today.
The DDC congratulated winners on their achievement and advised them to actively participate in the ongoing Nasha Mukt Bharat and Swachh Bharat Mission campaign. He urged them to also focus on extra co-curricular activities side by side academics.
Chief Education Officer, Prahlad Singh Bhagat, Chief Medical Officer, Dr M Y Mir, Dy Director Employment Mohammad Idrees Lone, DSWO Doda Tariq Qazi, CHO Doda, District Culture Officer Doda Sheikh Slah ud Din Tahir, EO MC Doda Ninad Sen were also present on the occasion.
