Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are adoring couples whose chemistry and love are just adoring. We never get bored with their pictures and public appearances. The duo is soon going to step into one of the most beautiful phases of their lives, parenthood. After dating for five years, Ranbir and Alia tied the knot on April 14, 2022, in a close wedding ceremony at their Vastu residence in Bandra, Mumbai.
Not only this, the duo is all set to hit the big screens together with the film Brahmastra. Ayan Mukerji’s film, which is one of the most anticipated films of 2022, is scheduled to be released on September 9, 2022. Now, Ranbir who recently geared up for Shamshera, his period action movie with Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt, asked a very quirky question in an interview.

The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actor was asked what genre he would choose if he and Alia were to collaborate once more in the near future. To which, Ranbir said: "Comedy. I think Alia has great comedy timing and I would love to do a comedy film." whereas, when Alia Bhatt was spotted during the promotion of Darlings, she was asked if she would like to delve more into comedy?
To this, Gangubai Kathiwadi actress reply, “Ranveer and I are not doing a comedy, you know. But I'm very funny in real life. However, when you're acting, it's all in the writing and in the character. But the thing is, people think I'm some serious-type actor, and they're not coming to me with comedy. So, this was like, I was so excited that there was this combination of emotion and comedy. Because, in my opinion, if I can make you laugh, then I can make you cry. Now, I don't want to just stress you out with intense [movies]and all, I also want to make you also laugh a little bit. So, I really liked that. I mean, I grew up watching those kinds of movies.”
