As part of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ commemorating 75 years of independence, and in view of ongoing digital week, the Govt. Girls Model Higher Secondary School (GGMHSS) Bandipora today organised a painting, quiz and debate competition with the theme of ‘Digital India’. 

The programme was organised in collaboration with District Administration Bandipora as a part of Digital Mela which commenced on 25th of this month.The programme was aimed to generate awareness about digital transformation of citizen centric services among students especially scholarship and other schemes

Around 20 students participated in the painting competition, 08 students divided in 04 teams participated in the quiz competition and a number of students also participated in the debate competition. The students participated with full enthusiasm and excitement in all these activities.

 At the end all the students were felicitated with appreciation certificates by the principal of the school.Earlier, in the inaugural function of  Digital Mela at mini secretariat here on 25th July the students of Govt Girls Hr. secondary School  presented two models prepared by the students of the school in the school's Atal Tinkering Lab.
