Modi ji got angry when the Singapore government called @ArvindKejriwal to discuss the Delhi model", Singh alleged in a tweet. He asked in the tweet that why is the three-time elected CM not allowed to go to Singapore?

"The government should answer on this subject by adjourning the proceedings of the house today", he said in the same tweet sharing the suspension of business notice which he gave in the Upper House.Chief Minister Kejriwal wrote to PM Modi seeking permission to travel to Singapore to attend the World Cities Summit to present the "Delhi model" on July 17.
