Have you ever wondered what might transpire if you married into a family that maintained ties to your ex-lover? The upcoming Punjabi movie Sohreyan Da Pind Aa Gaya follows a similar plot but takes it a step further because both of the main protagonists are eager to get married in the villages of their ex-lovers! Sargun Mehta and Gurnam Bhullar play the key roles, and Jass Bajwa, Jasmine Bajwa, Shivika Diwan, and Hardeep Gill play supporting parts.
The release date of the film is near, and the lead actors seem to have indulged in a fight. Yes, you read that right. But you need not worry, it’s just a funny online spat. It all began when Sargun Mehta shared a reel with her co-actor, Gurnam. In the reel, you will see Sargun lip-syncing to a Punjabi folk song, commenting on how Gurnam is gibbering in front of others but is scared of her. He never dares to speak a word in front of her.

When the video went viral, Gurnam broke the silence and gave the same reply.
After that, the fight continued, and the couple started sharing a reel with each other. Sargun was back again with yet another reply in the form of Punjabi boli. She said that Gurnam isn’t so special that she would cry if he left her.
And then, after listening to this, how will the chocolate boy, Gurnam, stay behind. He came up with a very popular boli ‘Kaa Bolda Banere Te’, and tossed a curse at Sargun, the girl who broke his heart, that her son would be exactly like him.
And since Sargun is not yet settled here, she returned with another slap-back. And this was, without a doubt, the greatest! She forbade Gurnam from marrying in the COVID era and from spending the night with his spouse while maintaining a 3-foot distance. Isn't social seclusion essential?
Gurnam is also not over yet. Reply after reply, he came up with another iconic reply. He threw another curse at Sargun that her husband would write ‘I Love You’ and send it to ‘All’! The curse of being cheated by someone else is something she would definitely hurt.
Then Sargun Mehta responded once more, which was followed by yet another film of her and a buddy making fun of Gurnam Bhullar.
