Srinivasa Gowda, a resident of Mangalore, has started Donkey Milk Farm with 20 donkeys. For this he invested Rs 42 lakh. According to news agency ANI, while talking about his business, Srinivasa Gowda said, "I used to work in a software firm till the year 2020.
The goal is to make donkey's milk easily available:
This is the first dinky farming and training centre of its kind in Karnataka.” Describing the benefits of donkey milk, Srinivas further said, “Right now we have 20 donkeys and I have invested 42 lakhs for it. We are planning to avoid donkey's milk, which has many benefits. Our aim is to make donkey's milk easily available to all.

Gowda expressed that before engaging this idea and executing it on floor he had received orders worth Rs 17 lakh.Further he told the media about the futuristic procedures that milk packets will be available in malls, shops and supermarkets.
