The Salman Khan starrer Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali has been making a lot of headlines since it was announced. The film is again in the news, but this time for its title. The film, which was earlier planned to be named Bhaijaan, has been changed to Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. But now it seems like makers are now again switching it to their first choice. Yes, reportedly, the film might be titled as Bhaijaan and late last year, Salman also made an announcement that the sequel to Bajrangi Bhaijaan was also in the offing.
It will be fascinating to see if the fans draw parallels between the two movie setups, owing to the similarity of the titles.However, there’s no official announcement about it from the makers. From production house to casting to the title, Salman Khan's starrer has undergone a lot of changes.The shooting of the film started a few weeks ago, and after it went on the floors, the cast was changed as Aayush Sharma and Zaheer Iqbal opted out of the film, and Jassie Gill and Siddharth Nigam were roped in. Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh, and Shehnaaz Gill also star in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.
The Bigg Boss 13 contestant was set to star alongside Aayush Sharma in the film, but she will now reportedly star alongside Jassie. Meanwhile, reports also suggest that Salman Khan has recently left Mumbai for Hyderabad for the shooting of the film. He is not letting any death threat hold him back from fulfilling his work commitments. The actor, who received additional security cover from the police, was spotted flying out of Mumbai city from a private airport. Speaking of the release date, the film is scheduled to hit the theatres on Eid 2023.
