Inter-school tournament for Boys, Girls begins in Kishtwar District

Inter-school tournaments for U 14 and U 17 boys and Girls in the disciplines of  Speed ball, Table Tennis, Kabaddi, Kho-kho, badminton, volleyball and Yoga  began today across different Educational zones of district Kishtwar. The sports events being held under the supervision of District Youth Services & Sports officer Kharati Lal Sharma were kick-started  at  Inderwal, Nagseni, Drabshalla and Kishtwar zones. Speedball and table tennis matches were held at Al-Hilal educational institute Kishtwar under the guidance of Javed Kripak (Convener).

 At zone Inderwal, Volleyball and Kabaddi matches were held at Higher Secondary School Mughal Maidan by Rakesh Dogra, the  Principal of the host school in presence of incharge ZPEO Sanjay Sharma and senior most Physical education Master Ram Suroop Bandari.Yoga competition was held at HSS Boys in presence of chief guest Krishan Lal Sharma, Vice Principal and Ravi Kumar in charge ZPEO Kishtwar.
