The troubles of BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga do not seem to get a break as Mohali Court has issued fresh arrest orders to arrest him again, after appearing in a dramatised chase by the cops of three states in the past two days.
The court of Judicial Magistrate Ravitesh Inderjit Singh has asked the cybercrime station in-charge to arrest Bagga and present him in the court on the next hearing.For your information, let us tell you that an FIR has been registered against Tajinder Bagga by Punjab Police under sections 153A, 505, 505(2), 506 of IPC. Drama continued throughout the day between the police of 3 states regarding the arrest of BJP leader Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga.Yesterday morning, Punjab Police arrested Tejinder Singh Bagga from his Delhi residence. The news of this spread, after a while a case was registered against the Punjab Police for kidnapping Bagga at the Delhi Police Station.The Punjab Police convoy carrying Tejinder Singh Bagga is then stopped and interrogated by the Haryana Police in Kurukshetra. Finally, Haryana Police hands Tejinder Singh Bagga to Delhi Police and Delhi Police returns to Delhi with Bagga and late at night Bagga is allowed to go home.
Explanation over whole matter:
Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga is accused of using objectionable words against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and trying to divide the society on the basis of religion and caste. When the AAP leader informed him about the FIR for the provocative statement, Tejinder Pal Singh Bagga reacted and tweeted Not one to do 100 FIRs, but if Kejriwal calls the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus false, then I will say, if Kejriwal laughs at the genocide of Kashmiri Hindus, then I will speak, even if I have to face the consequences for that. I'm ready, I am not going to leave Kejriwal.
Not even allowed to wear a turban:
Regarding the incident, PS Bagga, father of Tajinder Singh Bagga, said that the police officers started dragging Tajinder, they did not allow him to wear a turban, it is against our religious principles. We have asked Punjabi brothers to raise their voice against this. At the same time, he said that in the end my son came back, this is the victory of truth. At the same time, Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta also reached Bagga's residence and said that it is victory of truth, victory of democracy and victory of justice.
