Security grip by Mumbai Police has been tightened on Wednesday, a day after MNS chief Raj Thackeray pushed through an appeal to people to play the Hanuman Chalisa on loudspeakers parallelly on hearing blaring Azaan.On the precautionary measure several notices by the Mumbai police have been issued to MNS leaders as well as Raj Thackeray. Post collecting a number of speakers from Thackeray”s house, heavy security has been deployed there .Sharing his uncle, Bal Thackeray saying, 'he will remove loudspeakers from mosques when his government is formed.'

Raj irked the associations of brother Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena with Congress & NCP, which led to Shiv Sena off tracking from the core fundamentals and is seeming to generate a dominating claim party legacy. Prayer offerings at various mosques were found as peaceful as a regular day and in neighbouring Thane city, some MNS activists played the Hanuman Chalisa on a loudspeaker at a spot in the Indira Nagar area.
