Kashmir Off Road organised a formal launch and flag- off ceremony of their upcoming extreme off-road snow challenge, Frozen Rush 4, at SKICC (Srinagar), today. The one-day event which is scheduled to take place on 27th March, 2022, is supported by Indian Army and sponsored by SKICC, USTRAA, Yokohama Tyres and Café Liberty. The snow races shall take place at Sonamarg Valley. The ceremonial flag-off was performed in presence of Major General SP Vishwarao (GOC, 31 Sub Area) Sujit Kumar (DIG Kashmir) and Mr. Javid Bakhshi (Director, SKICC).
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Ali Sajid (founder of Kashmir Off Road) said- “We are bringing this fourth edition of our flagship event after a hiatus of two years. The excitement is sky rocketing.”“This time around, the snow off-road challenge will have four competition categories. As its going to be a one-day event, we have registered a limited number of participants. Keeping in mind the requirements for the race, all the participating vehicles were scrutinized and checked thoroughly.”- he added.“We all could witness incredible energy amongst all the participants today at the launch ceremony held at SKICC.
