Ramban Administration resolved 36 grievances of different nature pertaining to various departments on the third day of the Good Governance Week campaign.Senior government functionaries including Deputy Commissioner, Mussarat Islam; ADC, Harbans Lal; ACR, SDMs, District and Sectoral officers are participating in programmes to address the grievances both online and offline platforms. The Lead District Manager assured disbursement of loan cases by PBN under NULM. Continuing its efforts, the Sheep Husbandry Department conducted series of awareness camps at village Balihote in Ramban Tehsil and Nowgam in Banihal and addressed various issues projected by the Sheep breeders besides sensitizing them about various schemes launched by the Government for promotion of sheep breeding sector.
District Institute for Education and Training, Banihal has started three day subject specific training in Math for pre-primary and primary teachers at Government High School, Sangaldan. A similar training programme concluded at Government High School Chanderkote where senior trainers imparted the teaching skills to the teachers.Officers and technocrats of the Horticulture Department also conducted field visits to impart training to farmers at Panchayat Dedha, Gool. The Department of Labour and Employment Ramban conducted on spot registration of eligible people under the e-Shram scheme at Bus stand Ramban.The Animal Husbandry Department Ramban conducted public interaction meetings at Livra Chamwalwas and Berurni Batote as a part of Good governance week and sensitized the farmers, especially women about various ongoing central schemes.To provide Job opportunities to the youth of Sub-division, the District Industries Centre, Ramban conducted awareness programmes at ITI and GDC Gool. The local youth were briefed about various self employment schemes including PMEGP.
