Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal said that the historical places of Mahendragarh district would be developed as tourist destinations. For this, the State Government is working in a planned manner. The work of reconstruction of Rani Talab at Madhogarh Fort has been done and the work of Rani Mahal is also in the final stages. Besides this, an amount of Rs. 9 crore will be spent on these works.The Chief Minister was addressing a programme organised at Madhogarh Fort today after visiting Dhosi Mountain and Madhogarh Fort.The Chief Minister said that these two mountain terrains have immense potential for tourism. He elaborated that it has been planned to develop Dhosi mountains as a pilgrimage site, the Fort of King of Madhogarh will also be constructed in the coming times to attract more tourism to Madhogarh Fort.He said that if both these places are developed with a view to promote tourism here, then it will enhance the employment opportunities in this area. In the coming time, people from far and wide will come here for trekking. The State Government has planned to increase employment in the tourism sector.

Regarding IMT Khudana, the Chief Minister said that a meeting would be held soon to hand over the Panchayat land to HSIIDC. The cooperation of the villagers is also necessary in this, he added. The State Government wants industries to be set up here so as to provide employment to the people of this area.He said that the State Government aims to make arrangements so that about two lakh families of Haryana get some or the other type of employment within a year through Parivar Pehchan Patra. The Government has a figure of about 65 lakh families presently.The Chief Minister said that while developing canals, the State Government has done the work of providing water to the tail ends of Southern Haryana. The water level has also increased significantly in many villages of Rajasthan adjoining Haryana and people of these areas are appreciating the Haryana government.On this occasion, Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, Sh. Om Prakash Yadav, Former Education Minister, Professor Ram Bilas Sharma and other dignitaries were present.

The Chief Minister gave a bonanza of Rs 1358.68 lakh to Mahendragarh district.

Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal gifted development projects worth Rs 1358.68 lakh to the district from Madhogarh Fort.The Chief Minister inaugurated the 33-KV sub-station of Azam Nagar Sehore. This sub-station has been built at a cost of Rs 299.85 lakh. Besides this, the foundation stone of CHC to be built in Satnali was also laid from here. About Rs 1058.83 lakh will be spent on this building. Residential buildings for health workers will also be built here.
