A Coordination Meeting of all the stakeholders of District Ganderbal was held today under the chairmanship of Shazia Tabasum (Principal District & Sessions Judge, Ganderbal) at District Court Complex Ganderbal in pursuance to the directions passed by Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.The Meeting was Co-ordinated by Mrs. Umi Kulsoom (Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ganderbal).The meeting was attended by SSP Ganderbal, Suhail Munawar Mir, Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba, Superintendent Central Jail Srinagar and other Officers of District Administration.Mrs. Tabasaum (Secretary DLSA, Ganderbal) also attended the meeting and was Co-opted Member. Threadbare discussions were held on improvement of judicial dispensation. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the ways and means for rendering of timely justice to the litigants, the infrastructure and other difficulties faced by the judicial institution in District Ganderbal was also discussed in the said meeting. Ms. Shazia Tabasum, Principal District & Session Judge Ganderbal besides discussing the infrastructure issues emphasized on timely Execution of Warrants, Proper investigation of Cases by investigating agencies.Chief Judicial Magistrate Ganderbal (Secretary of the Coordination Committee for District Ganderbal) projected demand for shifting of Juvenile Justice Board and other related issues.
