Nikita Rawal is looking like a dream. She is probably at her fittest best and that too during the lockdown. There must have been something right that our girl is doing. We tried to dig in and found out that she has turned vegan. Nikita has been working out and focusing on her diet regularly and the results are for everyone to see. She has turned vegan and it seems a very healthy change. She focuses on the micros and macros better and it has changed her completely.Let's just hear it from her and here is what she has to say, " I have turned vegan for some time and it has changed me in so many ways. O watched a documentary on Netflix called the game changers and did my research. Then I went for a trial vegan diet. I started sleeping better. My energies were higher. My focus shifted to better and positive things. So I just thought to stick to it and the results have been astonishing. I won't suggest it for everyone but we should research on it and do it for some point and try it out. Let's all stay positive and healthy. Let's get vaccinated and salute our frontline fighters."Nikita has a word of caution for us as well as care. Let's stay positive and fight covid . It's far from over.
