Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur here today launched dedicated Covid-19 Helpline at 'Mukhyamantri Sewa Sanklap Helpline 1100 for facilitating the people regarding covid related issues.While appreciating the efforts of the Information Technology Department, Chief Minister said that caller can call on toll free number 1100  from  7 am to 10 pm for seeking help regarding covid related issues. He said that the call executive would register the complaint and contact concerned authority for providing necessary help to the person regarding various issues such as test, vaccination, home quarantine, medicines, ambulance and oxygen etc.Jai Ram Thakur said that this helpline was unique in itself by ensuring effective use of technology in facilitating the people. He felt the need for making the service more user friendly and simple.Principal Secretary IT Rajneesh welcomed the Chief Minister and detailed the salient features of the Helpline.Director Information Technology Ashutosh Garg made presentation regarding the Helpline.Additional Chief Secretary J.C. Sharma, Advisor to Chief Minister Dr. R.N. Batta and other senior officers were present with the Chief Minister whereas Secretary Health Amitabh Awasthi and Managing Director NHM Dr. Nipun Jindal attended the meeting virtually.
