Arrangements for SSB examination finalized at Kupwara

The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Imam Din today convened a meeting of concerned officers to finalize the arrangements for smooth conduct of written test for the post of Class IV being held on February 27, 28 and March 01.It was informed in the meeting that 16 examination centers have been established in the district and 250 invigilators have also been deputed for conduct of the written examination. While as, four flying squads shall also be deployed for proper inspections.On the occasion, the DC impressed upon the concerned officers to ensure fool-proof arrangements for smooth conduct of the examination.The DC directed the concerned for training of invigilators with Dos and Don’ts of examination process. He directed the Nodal Officer Examination and SSB Coordinators to conduct joint inspection of examination centres prior to examination to avoid any lapse in the arrangements.He directed the District Information Officer to provide a list of private videographers to his office so that authority letters shall be provided to them.The District Treasury Officer was directed for proper handling and storing of the examination material, while ARTO was directed for providing vehicles.The Police Officers were directed to provide a vehicle along with a squad for mobilization of examination material across the examination centres.The ADC who is also the Observer of the Examination asked the officers to ensure proper coordination for smooth conduct of the examination.ADC Kupwara, Nazir Ahmad Lone, Principals of GDC Kupwara and Handwara, DIO Kupwara, DTO, ARTO, besides, Police Officers and other concerned attended the meeting.
