Punjab School Education and Public Works Minister Vijay Inder Singla said that the Punjab Government under the visionary leadership of Capt. Amarinder Singh has been committed to provide transparent and hassle free administrative services to the people of the state and to achieve the set target, the Chief Minister today launched 56 more citizen centric services under the Sewa Kendras. He was here to attend the district level function organized at village Channo on the occasion of virtual service launching ceremony of these services today. On this occasion, Mr. Singla also distributed certificates to the beneficiaries demanded by them through the Sewa Kendras.The Cabinet Minister said that today an effort has been made to bring all the citizen centric services under one roof through the Sewa Kendras under which 56 more services have been added to the services already available. He said that the services included under the Sewa Kendras today will include copy of fard, 20 citizen services being provided by the police department and 35 services related to the transport department. 

He said that the main purpose of providing these services through the Sewa Kendras was to provide hassle free services to the citizens in a timely manner.Mr. Vijay Inder Singla said that continuous efforts were being made to improve the quality of infrastructure in Punjab which was bearing fruitful results. He said that a separate mission has been launched for water and sanitation facility in every household in the rural areas and all round development of villages was being ensured through Panchayats. He said that apart from paved roads, better education and health facilities, their government was leaving no stone unturned in providing facilities like cities in villages. He said that besides the construction of sports stadiums, the ponds of the villages were also being renovated due to which the ponds which were once a source of polluted water.Prominent amongst others who were present on the occasion included DC Ramvir, ADC (General) Anmol Singh Dhaliwal, Chairman DPC Sangrur Rajinder Singh Raja Bir Kalan, SDM Dr. Bhawanigarh Karamjit Singh, Principal Pushpinder Ghai, Village Panchayat and other staff of Government School were also present.
