Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today inaugurated 18 bedded prefabricated Covid hospital at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital Shimla.Chief Minister also inaugurated the blood donation camp organized by Chief Security Officer Bhim Singh Guleria, Outsource Official Association, Security Staff, ward attendants in IGMC Shimla. 75 units of blood was donated in the camp.On the occasion of his birthday, the Chief Minister thanked all the blood donors and presented warm sweaters to them. Later, the Chief Minister honoured incharge of Lok Kalyan Samiti Rajesh Saraswati and his associates for rendering their services for the cremation of the deceased people who lost their lives due to Corona virus infection.The Chief Minister dedicated e. Clinic, e. Court evidence, video conferencing and telemedicine the facilities to the people of the State.On this occasion, Kisan Morcha Shimla participated in the blood donation camp and Chief Minister distributed blankets to the sanitation staff. Khichdi and halwa were distributed by the Lok Kalyan Samiti and employees to all the people present on the occasion.Later, the Chief Minister also visited Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital and inaugurated a Roti making  machine provided by Nofal Charitable Society.Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj and MP Suresh Kashyap, Secretary Health Amitabh Awasthi, Director Medical Education and Research Dr. Ravi Chand Sharma, Principal Dr. Rajneesh Pathania, Senior Medical Superintendent Dr. Janakraj and Administrative Officer Dr. Rahul Gupta were also present on the occasion.
